Amidst the chaos of our national rail network, a children's football tournament and Shags scaring the kids with the tap-tap of the hockey ball on the side line, we managed to take the field 10 minutes before our game to try and injure stumps .
We didn't succeed.

We did however succeed in taking a 2-0 lead, before letting our guard down and allowing Wanderers the opportunity to drew. An opportunity which they gladly took.

Some memorable highlights:

Koen covering a hockey ball with leaves so as not to scare the kids.
Shags almost being ejected from Battersea Park All Weather Pitch Arena.
Bolly not being able to get as much new house decorating in as he had hoped.
Improving our tolerance of umpire disagreements - less cards! YAY.
