James Root, Cheam's Men's Playing Administrator, always has his finger on the pulse. Having foreseen potential recruitment issues in 10-15 years time, he has taken matters into his own hands and fathered a sprog, ensuring additional income for the club through subs and an additional member of the Juniors section!
