Gents,

It was a disappointing result against Horley at the weekend.

We spoke at great lengths after the game about why we lost that game and we need to reflect on this as individuals before Saturday. There is a lot of talent and wealth of experience within our team, but far too many times we are playing like individuals and not being intelligent enough when being on the ball.

Yes, we created many more chances and put them under a lot of pressure, but just think what we could have done by thinking, rather reacting and playing Hollywood passes across the pitch.

I reiterate again that focus has to be attack minded and continue to show the support when moving forward with the ball, which has been really encouraging. However, we have to start being more of a team on the pitch rather than an individual and trying to dribble through 4/5 of the opposition or walk the ball into the area. Lets get back to that winning way and show what a team we can be when working hard for each other over the entire pitch.

As we are at home this Saturday the plan is to meet pitch side at 9.00am for a 10.)0am start (push back). Please ensure you have home.
